Yoga

Our bodies have absorbed tension in our muscular system, from the stresses and anxieties of life. Yoga is a form of releasing the stresses that have built up inside of our bodies. Learning to let go, as we start to become relaxed.

Martial Forms

Forms taken from Kung Fu will further propel your training to achieving true stillness.
The forms will consist of breathing and stretching exercises aiding your body’s stability while opening up the body.
These exercises will help with your focusing power and increased concentration.

Strength

It is within Strength and conditioning training that you will learn to apply all the disciplines practically, through physical exertion. We can begin to challenge ourselves mentally, I firmly believe that Strength training is more of the training of the mind than the physical body.

Movement

Movement is transformative that enhances physical potential and overall well-being. It combines exercise, body awareness, and mindfulness to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination

Eastern Philosophy

We will unlock the keys to wisdom, which will give us the knowledge that we are all on the correct path. Exploring Vendatic, Chinese and Japanese Philosophy, with the aim to justify our way of life, to propel us further.
